Boarding Policy

Ensuring a safe and healthy stay for all our guests.

1. HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Cats must be healthy and free from contagious diseases.
  • Vaccinations should be up to date.
  • Ongoing medical conditions must be informed in advance.
  • We may refuse boarding for cats showing parasites or aggressive behavior.

2. PET PARENT VERIFICATION

  • Valid current address proof of the pet parent is mandatory.
  • Required for security and emergency contact.

3. BOARDING ENVIRONMENT

  • Clean, calm, indoor, cat-only environment.
  • Regular feeding, litter cleaning, and hygiene maintenance.

4. SUPERVISION & CARE

  • Multiple daily visits for feeding, cleaning, and health checks.
  • Continuous monitoring and scheduled checks are followed.

5. FREE ROAMING

  • Friendly cats may roam freely after 24–48 hours of observation.
  • Subject to behavior and adaptability.

6. PICKUP & DROP

  • Free up to 8 km for stays over 5 days (Single cat) or 3 days (Multiple cats).
  • Beyond 8 km or shorter stays may be chargeable.

5. EMERGENCY

Parents informed immediately. All medical expenses borne by pet parent.
